Free Plan

The Free plan is designed for individuals and small teams with low meeting volume. This plan offers:

• AI meeting summaries: This feature uses artificial intelligence to create concise summaries of your meetings.
• Full meeting transcripts: All your meetings are transcribed, which can be helpful for reviewing discussions and capturing important points.
• Clip moments into video highlights: You can extract key moments from your meetings and create video highlights for easy reference and sharing.
• Automatic recording rules (via Calendar): Set up rules for automatic recording of your meetings based on your calendar events.
• Customize your personal AI recorder: Personalize your AI recorder to fit your needs.
• Shared team meeting library: Your team can access a shared library of meeting recordings and transcripts.
• Global transcript search: Search through all your meeting transcripts for specific words or phrases.
• Maximum of 5 total seats: Your team can have up to 5 seats on the Free plan.
• Limited video uploads: The number of videos you can upload is restricted on the Free plan.
• 20 meetings per Free seat member: Each member on the Free plan can hold up to 20 meetings.

Business Plan ($19 per seat/month)

The Business plan is aimed at fast-growing teams with high meeting volume. For $19 per seat per month, it offers:

• Unlimited new meetings: There is no limit to the number of meetings you can hold.
• Unlimited video uploads: You can upload as many videos as you need.
• Maximum of 20 Free seats: Your team can have up to 20 Free seats in addition to the paid seats on the Business plan.
• Private meeting library: You get a private library for storing your meeting recordings and transcripts.
• Video Collections (folders): Organize your video recordings into collections for easy access and sharing.
• Video Stories (highlight reels): Create highlight reels from your meetings to capture key moments.
• Download transcripts: You can download transcripts of your meetings.
• Custom vocabulary: Customize the vocabulary used by the AI for transcribing your meetings.
• Change transcript language: You can change the language of the transcripts.
• Remove watermarks: Videos do not have any Grain watermarks.
• Basic roles & permissions: Manage user roles and permissions for your team [1].

Enterprise Plan (Custom Pricing)

The Enterprise plan is tailored for large businesses that need additional privacy control, security configurations, and white-glove support. Pricing is customized based on the needs of the business. The plan offers:

• Unlimited new meetings: There is no limit to the number of meetings you can hold.
• Unlimited video uploads: You can upload as many videos as you need.
• Unlimited Free seats: Your team can have an unlimited number of Free seats in addition to the paid seats on the Enterprise plan.
• SAML-based SSO: Use SAML-based Single Sign-On for secure access to Grain.
• Custom invoices: Get customized invoices for your business.
• Auto-retention policies: Set up automatic policies for retaining your meeting recordings and transcripts.
• Audit event logs: Monitor activity in your Grain account with
